IN REGARDS TO HANDMADE PRODUCTS

CANCEL

Handmade products are ready for shipment. You can cancel your order using the link in your confirmation email, but only before the order has been shipped.

AESTHETIC ISSUES

To resolve quality concerns quickly, email us with a clear photo of the issue (e.g., print error or damage) and ensure the tag and problem area are visible. Include your order number for reference.

REFUNDS

Due to the unique nature of these goods, we do not offer refunds.

RETURNS\WARRANTY

We stand by the quality of our work and are pleased to provide a warranty for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repairs for defects in materials or craftsmanship at no additional cost but does not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made by the customer. If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact us at ABOUT@TIMESEVE.RED with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if applicable. If the issue qualifies under the warranty, we will provide instructions on how to send the item for repair.

 

IN REGARDS TO GARMENTS

We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we will replace\refund the item. To address any quality concerns, email us at ABOUT@TIMESEVE.RED within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number + clear photos of the issue on a flat, well-lit surface.

CANCEL

Because our products are made to order, you can cancel or amend your order using the link in your confirmation email before it goes into production. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible, but quality issues may still qualify for resolution.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for orders with confirmed quality issues. Credit\debit card refunds take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

RETURNS

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing or preference, as all items are made to order.

 

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via credit\debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna\AfterPay + local payment methods. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and other customs charges. The charges vary by country and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
